MOVE TO YOUR FULL POTENTIAL
We help athletes and active adults resolve pain and get back to the activities they love.
What makes us different?
At REFINED, our Doctors of Physical Therapy focus on helping everyday athletes move and live well. Whether chasing after your kids or training for a competition, we help you live your passions without limits.
Your goals are our goals.
We help you stay active in whatever type of active lifestyle you choose.
We thoroughly evaluate your entire body to find the root cause of your pain.
From there we come up with an individualized, custom plan that aligns with your life and goals. No cookie cutter treatments, double bookings, or time spent alone on heat packs here.
Every session is one-on-one for a full hour. All of our providers have experience in high performance training along with their extensive background in rehab.
Through education, empowerment, and evidence-based movement, we teach you how to take ownership of your health while optimizing performance and reducing future injury risk.

Meet our team of experts
Dr. Justin received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University at Buffalo.
Justin has always placed a heavy emphasis on health and fitness and is passionate about optimizing human body performance. He aims to foster confidence in movement through a well rounded approach that addresses all barriers with transparency and long-term solutions.
When Justin is not in the clinic you can find him working out or soaking up the sun.
Dr. Nicole received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Studies and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University.
Nicole’s most passionate about listening to her client’s stories. She wants everyone she works with to feel not only heard, but truly listened to. She combines her background in orthopedics and performance with extensive pelvic floor continuing education to offer a different approach to those experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction.
When she is not in the clinic you can find her trying out new fitness classes or exploring somewhere outdoors with Toby.
Dr. Mariah received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology & Health and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.
Mariah has been coaching CrossFit since 2018. In addition to her CF-L1 certification, she has her Burgener Strength Weightlifting Level 1 Certification, as well as experience in various courses focusing on exercise progressions for athletes, nutrition, and programming. Mariah is extremely passionate about helping athletes and clients achieve goals they’d never thought they’d reach or fix an injury they thought would forever limit them.
When Mariah isn’t at the clinic, you can find her throwing weights around at CrossFit Southie, at the nearest beach, spending time with friends and family (and her dogs!), or looking for the best nachos in Boston.
Dr. Gabi received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College Knoxville.
Gabi is passionate about getting people back to the activities they love and helping her patients become the most resilient versions of themselves. She also has a passion for Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit, and has been coaching Crossfit since 2020.
Originally from Wyoming, Gabi loves all things outdoors including skiing, running, hiking and everything in between. When not in the clinic, you can find her spending time with her husband doing something outdoors, trying new coffee shops, and exploring all that MA has to offer!
